The common characteristic of the majority of dental oral surgeries is that they are quite simple.
Usually, they last about 1 hour, they are performed using local anaesthesia and they are pain free during the procedure. After the procedure, the patient is sent home to recover and usually can go back to normal daily activities a day later.
